Yes, you read that correctly. I'm sure we all had dreams (sleeping dreams, that is) about the TSOM whether you were in the movie itself or the characters were in your dream. I had one TSOM dream in the last year or so. I may have had other TSOM years ago, but I probably forgot them. I was selected to play Maria in a live stage version of TSOM at a shopping mall. The stage was really crappy--it was a riser/platform pushed against a wall, nothing else! I had never rehearsed for the show before and I was scheduled to perform that very moment. I thought I could wing it due to the fact that I knew the movie inside out, so technically, I could recite all of Maria's lines from the movie in this stage production. Having no experience in musical theatre (which is true), I asked myself how was it possible to be cast in any musical, let alone getting the lead role! But I shrugged it off and told myself, "Hey, this is your chance. Don't question it." By the way, the dream ended before I could even perform it  I'd like to hear your TSOM dreams! Even if they're weird or whatnot. But if you think some of them might defy the G rating of this forum, then I suppose you could type them out in white-coloured font... |

For how much I think about it, I'm surprised that I really don't dream about it (except for Mr. Plummer, of course, like utility_singer...)

I've had so many. Sometimes I'm not even in them, it's just like I'm reading (or watching) a fanfic story. Mostly I just remember little snippets, rather than something as complete as bluesatinsashes' one. Julie often turns up in my dreams as well. |

One time I had a dream where I met CP except I talked to him as if he was Michael Caine. Even my subconscious is a total awkward, embarrassing wreck.
I think it derived from my theory of Hollywood having an "old white guy" hierarchy, i.e. "Michael Caine said no? Let's try Max von Sydow. ...He can't do it either? Get Christopher Plummer."

Even after buying a notebook to keep by the bed I keep forgetting to take it upstairs and then I just think - of course I'll remember that in the morning- doh!! |

well as I'm so captivated by the von Trapp matriarch georg ( and I mean the real life George ) not cp or ja but my dreams would be as his wife or as a excellent violin player ( the real georg played ) he would bring me to his house to make sweet music and other things with him.
