gothicbutterfly95 has got a TSOM tattoo on her leg on Maria spinning on the mountain. She is a true fan! That is AWESOME! I want to see it!! I am way to chicken to let someone get that close with a needle but that is so cool! I actually thought these were very well done! My honey has tattoos from his military days but I don't think I could convince him to add a SOM one!

I posted it somewhere here before, but oh well. I'd seen the one of Maria before, but not the rest.

There is no way I could do that. I just can't bring myself to put something permanent on my skin and the faces would definitely be awkward.

I respect that. Mine was always going to be a silhouette

I think your's is very tastefully done and I have nothing against tattoos, I just couldn't see myself getting one.

Yeah, the faces are definitely odd. Whenever I entertain the notion of a tattoo, I dismiss it knowing that with my luck I'd be allergic to the ink and need to have it lasered off.

I respect that. Mine was always going to be a silhouette I like your tattoo! I'm just too chicken to do it! Well that and once I actually sit down and try to think of what I might really want I have more ideas than skin!

Until I saw this thread, I considered myself a world class tsom fan, but I can see I fall far short. I hate needles. And my religion forbids tattoos. So I will live vicariously thru braver souls than I.

Well, according to this thread I must be the only true fan here. And as the only true fan here, I'm officially saying that a tattoo doesn't make you a true fan. Tattoos aren't for everybody. If you love TSOM as much as we all do, in whatever way, in my opinion you're a true fan. I'm sure somebody with a tattoo relating to TSOM in the world isn't as high as we are.

You'd have to ignore Maria's advice to Liesl to cry a little.

Is that real, or photoshopped?

Apparently they are real. The lady does incredibly tiny paintings on eyes and eyelids.
And to think I feel good about myself when I manage to get my eyeliner straight...

While I wouldn't do it myself, I have to say that I am pretty impressed that she can do something like that on an eyelid and make it so detailed.

Goodness! How long would that take to do? I'm not sure, but from this article I would guess probably a good four hours at least, especially as it's so heavily coloured... Sounds painful to me!
