Back then I didn't realize that Madeline was narrated by CP, today I rewatched the show and imagined it's the captain whom was telling this story to his children....twelve girls in uniform acting in two straight lines, being taken care of by a nun, roaming around the city, and there's always the special one who keep breaking the rules but win everyone's heart. Enchanting, isn't it?

I remember reading somewhere (Wikipedia I think - so don't bash me if I'm wrong)... (At least in the original books) Miss Clavel is not a nun, she's a nurse. But a nanny/governess type of nurse. So there's that. I think back in whenever Madeline's set they looked like that. Also the author was Austrian, so... different and yet not.
Very interesting that Chris narrates it.

Yes, when my kids were small, they couldn't understand why I kept suggesting they watch Madeline...I wonder why?!

Yes, when my kids were small, they couldn't understand why I kept suggesting they watch Madeline...I wonder why?! Days ago I was looking for some children's storytelling audio on youtube and found out that Christ had narrated a Disney Winnie the Pooh story, I have been enjoying that since. Also please tell me I am not the only one whom didn't realize he was in An American Tail movie and even sang a song in his own voice!
