Have any of you guys watched Darling Lili? I love the movie and was surprised when I found that it had low ratings (6/10 on imdb, 40% on rotten tomatoes). If you've watched it, what's your opinion on it?

If you've watched it, what's your opinion on it? I have not watched Darling Lili (yet) but I plan to do so soon. I have watched the trailer, however, and thought it seemed interesting. I have also heard that Julie does a striptease (!!! and yet the film recieved a G rating...) somewhere in it and that will be... interesting to watch. Anyway, I think that I will enjoy it, as I am a huge Julie fan, but what about you guys who have watched it? Did you enjoy it? |

Even though it came out in June of 1970, and way before I was born, I still thoroughly enjoyed it. It should have gotten better rating scores honestly. And yes, she does do a strip-tease (well, a modest one if you can call it that. if that made sense?). There's a few scenes that should've made it have at least a PG or PG-13 (in my opinion). I really want to discuss it more, but don't know who all has seen it. |
