Just came across this one. The last half or so is TSOM; there are many familiar shots and a few I haven't seen before, including with CP.

It's always fascinating to see these, as one often notices things in the background that alter one's perception of the film, or people's relationships, etc.
Thank you for posting, Anne - another luscious cherry on your delicious tree!

thank you dear, now if I could only get some other people to post! although honestly, I really enjoy unearthing these tidbits - stuck at home quite a bit lately.

Just looking through some older posts and I came across this!! Just wonderful!! I thought that I'd seen most "Julie" things, but there were heaps of photos that I hadn't seen before (mainly from MFL, Cinderella and MP). I had seen about half of TSOM ones but such an awesome clip! Thanks for posting it!

OK, so I have found this interview with Julie talking about TSOM (probably filmed early 90's judging by the hairstyle). It is is 6 parts (I've posted the links below - I don't know how to do that embedding thing). It looks like it is a rough cut of some sort of interview that she did (maybe for a documentary?). I haven't watched it all, but so far, it is pretty interesting! www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ici_Yz6MDuYwww.youtube.com/watch?v=JKrw1Fk3xnkwww.youtube.com/watch?v=7mBK_qaDtXswww.youtube.com/watch?v=qenvczTEZAEwww.youtube.com/watch?v=it841lE4IZ0www.youtube.com/watch?v=EPs41caLtuk.... Almost finished watching it and I was right about the date - she mentions she just finished performing in Putting it Together which was in 1993. One of the things I just love about this being a rough cut before the final edit was that Julie is just so natural. Too many times, I feel her answers to questions are pre-rehursed and this was real nice to hear her saying "really, I don't remember that? Are you sure? Oh that's right..., oh I just have to think about what to say....Oh here's the story etc." I guess almost 30 years (at the time of the interview) and now 50 years on, it is a long time to remember all the details (and new stories - hence always pulling out the helicopter story). I did hear a few things that I didn't know before which is always nice (like I knew that the bishop in the wedding scene was the real bishop, but I'm not sure I had heard that he was a dirty old man who kept trying to peak in on Julie as she got dressed for the scene, oh and he seemed high on something as well - didn't know that bit)

always love that part of do-re-mi when kurt messes up at the end... you can see the huge sigh of relief at the end of it in the movie... so cute.

I am posting here to bring up the great, candid interview with Julie posted on Jan 10 2014 above. Sadly most of the others have been removed, but this one makes up for those!

I kind of like how rough this is. It's interesting to see the different takes and how long an interview is before it gets cleaned up and finalized.
