I'm sure this is already posted somewhere on this board, but I couldn't find it so I decided to post it again. It is a short clip of Julie Andrews and the real Maria Von Trapp yodeling on Julie's TV show. I just found it to be so sweet. I wonder if they had a chance to get to know each other.

I'm pretty sure they met on set, but I should think she and Julie were quite different sorts of people! It must be odd, though to talk to someone whom you are trying to emulate - but not exactly - just taking away the important bits, and leaving behind the less important ones.

I wonder what Julie would have asked her to find out what made her tick?
