Thanks to thoughts-of-joy-dreams-of-love, I have taken a couple of baby steps onto Instagram. You can see what I did here: www.instagram.com/soundofmusicfanfictionforum/and please don't be shy if something looks wrong. I did this with the idea of promoting the forum but not becoming more enmeshed in Instagram which is not in my life plan right now. I have a few more ideas for posts (thanks to hopeful,) but if you want to help, you can find me your favorite post especially from the screencaps board, and suggest a catchy sentence or two about it. I'll try to keep up the posts for a week or two and then we'll see. Thanks all! PS I used my name because I can tell that recognizing it from fanfiction got a few people to follow me. Not to sell myself. |

When you say the screencaps board, do you mean the one at the very top of the list? Because each one I looked at had lost its big screencap...have they time expired, or been removed? ...will keep looking!

I can do the homework of finding a new picture, if you can do the part about finding ones that triggered question or discussion. Although so far on instagram all that’s happened is tht people have liked my posts, IDK if anyone has visited the forum. |

I am very tempted by reverendcaptain's idea of polling for the best blue eyes...except when I looked at a few photos, I'm not sure exactly what colour they are...what do you think?! |

OK, I've looked at that screencap, and yes, they are a steely blue - slightly smouldering grey, with darker flecks and a bright light reflex under the brownest of eyebrows....pass the fan, girls.
But less excitingly, I still maintain he has the slightest of squints: his left eye is looking towards us a tad more than it should if it were parallel with his right eye (which is looking away). Sometimes you can see it in the light reflex, which should be in the same place in each eye, but is not quite the same here. It is more noticeable on the balcony, possibly because of the angle at which he is looking, or maybe because of the darkness - the pupil enlarges so the light reflex can be more prominent against the black background.(My solitary medical fact that I can supply to you about Mr P).

No, just a family doctor in the distant past. But having been one, you never fail to notice these things; I am often mentioning to my husband how someone we have been talking to or know has a wildly divergent squint, and my husband says he has never noticed!
Enjoy checking out the precise colour of his eyes...

The poll might have to be about how striking his eyes are and not necessarily the color.
