I just noticed that. They're tight in the legs and baggy up top and it looks really weird. Poor boy, even the costumes don't care enough to make sure his pants look alright.

Those baggy trousers are old-fashioned jodhpurs! Before the days of stretchy fabric (pre-1980ish), you had to allow for the extra room needed when someone sits astride a horse, so they were cut with a wider area at the top of the thigh. I remember them well!!
What puzzles me is that I have never seen a Nazi mounted on horseback! Maybe they were for use on motorbikes?
