wow. $1.56mil for the drapes and JA's dress?! those (tighter than painted on) pants and jacket should do as well. i think their estimate for the lot is conservative. what do you think?

I think they'll get close to what they got for the drapes and Julie's brown dress (that was the rowboat dress, I think?)
