I hope this is alright, me starting a new thread. I’ve looked for something familiar but couldn’t find it.
What I learned from TSOM;
1. When your clothes get wet from the rain you should put them in the bathtub and let them soak.
2. If you don’t know what to buy your fiancé , buy him a founder pen or a yacht.
3. You can make clothes out of old drapes, all in one night.
4. When someone tells you he loves you, you start singing.
Okay, I’m sure you all have ‘things’ you learned.

maybe this falls under the catagory of "deep thoughts from TSOM" but, i learned that it is very easy to like someone except when it's difficult. (truer words were never spoken)

I'm not sure I can come close to your-all's level of mastery. And I didn't quite get the horse, or the founder pen hahaha. But I'm game to try:
1. Don't forget to look in the barn.
2. Yes, it's right to miss children when you're away from them.
3. Don't take long trips, even to see your girlfriend.
4. Make friends with people who have lots of money. It's a nice way to live.

I'm the riding crop enthusiast, and it is a crop (though used in a similar way), as it has no tail as a whip does.
Things I've learned.
1)When held by the most handsome man in the universe, riding crops are sexy.
2)When God closes a door, He opens a window.
3)A gazebo is the most romantic place in the world.
