I really enjoy this good old Canadian NFB classic set at the Stratford Festival. This was required watching in English class before we went to our first trip to the Stratford Festival since it focused on a Canadian legend and on our lovely theatre. Of course, I didn't appreciate any of those outings until I was older (esp. Hamlet in grade 13). Living a stone's throw from the Festival, you certainly take the wonders of the theatre for granted when you are younger.
If you've read CP's book, he talks at length about his pet crow...You actually get to see the crow in this video! www.youtube.com/watch?v=y3ZNwh44iTU

(I must say that two other things I like about this video are glimpses of Amanda (so there was some time they spent together after her parents divorced?) and later, with the crow, his second wife, Patricia Lewis. I'm superficial that way.

Speaking of favorite videos, look what this amazing account about CP on Instagram has just published: www.instagram.com/tv/CbXIz-hlIww/?utm_medium=copy_link I promise you won't disappoint. It's from the movie Triple Cross which appears to have tons of versions because, in my case and despite having watched this movie, never seen this clip before! I knew a short version and a long version of this movie exists but even in what I thought it was the long one this was absolutely new to me š

I'd seen it once years ago but such a great to dive in again.

I love that he has a framed 8x10 of Julie in his house! Also, I find it interesting that he considers his successful movie roles important only because they get people interested in coming to see him in his theater performances. His clever, dry humor is fun to listen to/watch. Good find!

It has been taken out of context by so many. I'm sure he was actually bored with the question.
