I hear "more" also, but I would like to point out that (according to the book Forever Liesl) they were all coached to not pronounce the letter "r" in their words, so that might account for the "more" versus "song" confusion. They were supposed to sound like a cross between a British accent and an American accent, but also be aristocratic. Apparently that meant no "r"s. I notice it most when the children say "fatha" instead of "father".
