By indifferent you mean he wouldn't care one way or the other about?
For Agathe I would think Mozart and Strauss (Strauss being the Waltz king, since we get the feeling she liked parties and dancing).

Strauss would actually be a good one, since he refereneces "Strausses I can't even remember" when talking by the lake with Elsa.

I recognize that whatever you needed this for is probably already written and published - but for future reference: Franz Lehar is also a good one! (Would have been contemporary for them, is Austrian, and music similar to Mozart/Strauss!)
